Salary and Benefits

At JBS, we offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees:

  • Group Life Insurance: Automatic coverage with no cost to the employee.
  • Group Medical Insurance: School pays 75% of premium for all levels of coverage, with employee cost ranging from $176.96 to $870.22 per month.
  • Group Dental Insurance: School pays 50% of premium for all levels of coverage.
  • Group Long-Term Disability Coverage: Automatic coverage with a benefit of 60% of monthly base salary.
  • TIAA-CREF Retirement Plan: Optional participation with employer matching contributions.
  • Tuition Remission: Full-time employees eligible for 90% tuition remission.
